MEET THE TEAM

Frank D. Grossman, Ph.D.

Frank Grossman is a leader in the realm of organizational transformation. His career is marked by dedication to driving meaningful, lasting change—from classrooms to football fields (leading his team to a Los Angeles City Football Title!) to government agencies and to the highest levels of organizations.  As the founder of IIG, he’s taken his expertise to new heights, working hand-in-hand with clients to craft visionary partnerships that deliver real, measurable results.

Frank is curious and adept at creating welcoming spaces to ensure all voices are heard. He believes in building on the unique strengths of clients to create customized solutions that stick. Whether he’s building a $35 million organization, turning around struggling school districts, or co-creating strategy for a scrappy ed-tech startup, Frank knows how to enhance collaboration and unite teams around a common goal, inspiring them to think big. His process is rooted in rapid cycles of design and data-driven evaluation, ensuring that every initiative is fine-tuned for success.

Frank doesn’t just focus on his clients’ short term. He’s passionate about creating improvements that last far beyond the life of a project. He’s a master at forging strategic alliances that amplify results. If you’re looking to change the world —or at least your organization’s impact on it — Frank Grossman is the partner who will take you further than you’ve imagined.

  • Ever since I met Frank Grossman in the summer of 1995, he has been instrumental in my success. He was more than my football coach—he prepared me for life after high school and helped me understand what it took to be on the right path. By furthering his own education, he led by example. To this day, I still look up to my former coach; he has continued to display great leadership, righteous values, and excellent ambition.

  • Frank Grossman was instrumental in helping me escape the trappings of barrio life in Los Angeles as a teenager. Through his role as a coach, mentor, and professor, I have witnessed Frank's dedication to improving the lives of young people from distressed communities over the past thirty years. He brings an effective hands-on approach guided by the principles of responsibility, hard work, and an energetic and compassionate devotion to helping those who are most in need. I owe a lot to Frank and can honestly say that he was one of the main reasons I changed my life for the better.
